A home is one of the largest investments you will ever make. It’s an investment that should be made with confidence along with the peace of mind knowing you’re receiving the quality and service you deserve.

Schulz Homes was established in 2011 by brothers, David and Peter Schulz. The brothers grew up in Germany where their parents owned a business and worked as general contractors. Even as children, Peter and David had an interest in building and could often be found on the job site with their parents. After learning the trade and becoming masons, David and Peter brought their knowledge and skills to Canada where they established themselves into the residential home building market and eventually found a niche for quality custom homes.

In May 2020 a tragic accident took the life of Peter Schulz. This terrible tragedy shocked and saddened everyone who knew him. David and the Schulz team knew that Peter would have wanted them to continue building upon the solid foundation they so fondly created thus far. With that in mind, Schulz homes continues to push forward to honour the legacy of a great man.
