Company founder, Guriqbal Ghuman, initiated GS Homes when his passion for custom home building relocated him to Winnipeg from working as a site supervisor in Calgary. Since opening, GS Homes has experienced steady growth, built on referrals, from their initial project in Tyndall Park to now completing 25 homes per year in Winnipeg’s developments such a Meadowlands, Parkview Pointe, River Springs Grove and more.
